| Nightstick Nightstick Meet and Greet Batman patrolling NY felt someone was following him He stalked him and snuck up on him Nightstick was pretty sure that Batman saw him and greeted him with �Welcome to my city� Batman takes Nightstick back to cave. He puts him through the standard 'testing' Batman asks Oracle to do a background on Nightstick. She finds he is loved by the NYPD and the New York Public. They hail him as their Night Defender and Protector. He has done a few television 'On scene' interviews and is incredibly personable and camera friendly. At one point he even saved the mayor from a kidnapping attempt and a mugging. Later, Batman calls him back to check his forensics knowledge On the trip to the Cave, Nightstick puts the pieces together and discovers Wayne secret. He does so by using his ability to see through solids within darkness to look through Batman's mask. He looks through the opaque Batmobile windows, and follows the route they take to the cave entrance. Nightwing sees Nightstick in cave.... he is not peased While Nightwing is in the cave, Iceman is introduced to him. After Robin tells Dick that Bobby is his cousin, Nightwing 'takes him under his wing' and teaches him tumbling. As the McMasters abduction occured in New York, and Nightstick was already working the case and had some local area knowledge, Batman and Nightstick go to Cahill Flowers and begin surveillance of the owners apartment. Batman calls her on Nightsticks cell phone to tell her someone broke into her flower shop She disbelieves, call cops and the plan to enter her house backfires |
