Greetings Warriors, We bid you welcome to The Horsemen of Judgement Keep, Stronghold in Atenveldt. Our Stronghold is located in the Eastern part of the Barony of Twin Moons. We are the Horsemen!! If you do not know of us now, you soon will. We come from a long bloodline of Warriors, four brothers direct decendents of the Dredd Father, Daniel AEthelWulf. The bulk of our keep is located in the Kingdom of The West. My brother, Morgan, and I have traveled to Atenveldt to further the shadow of our most Illustrious Cross. As we have only been here a brief period of time, we have only added two into the fold but more attend our practices every week and we expect more as word of our Glorious House spreads throughout Atenveldt.
We are a household born of War, as the Dredd Father traveled in War campaigns he had a tendency to take on Mistresses. With this in mind, four Mistresses, later termed Chatalaines, gave birth to four sons. First Alexander: he is well educated and very articulate, quite the politician but don't let this fool you. He has a fast temper and a faster sword. Second born to the Dredd Father was Rook. Although he is formally educated he is very aggressive and is the first to suggest war as the ONLY SOLUTION. The third son is Morgan, also educated as this is a benefit of being born to a noble. He took to education in combat much better than the arts, he is fast, cunning, and a very powerful foe. Christian is the fourth born son. Although he is educated, he is childlike in his actions, always the joker, drinker, and many other adjectives that won't be written in this missive. Just like his brothers he is a very good fighter, but he is definitely the one to look for when you need a little levity in a stressful situation.
These four brothers are the Masters of the Keep (Master being a household title only NOT AN SCA TITLE). These men lead the individual keeps into battle. We are known throughout the Kingdom of the West for our ferocity on the battle field and respected by the Nobles for our capabilities. Our household is known as a "Rogue Household," for we do not swear fealty to any King. We fight for "Noble Causes," as defined by our leaders. We do not fight for money, no payment is needed only a cause that we feel needs and deserves our support. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we don't swear fealty to any one man, we are labeled as rogues. This does not bother us, as we feel that we earn our station in life and that fealty doesn't earn us any more rights than our ability on a battlefield. If you doubt our ability, you will see; if your think I boast, then observe us on the field. We will attack, we will be victorious, and the enemy will fall. Ground will be given, six feet to the man. We are THE HORSEMEN OF JUDGEMENT KEEP, there is no unit more PROUD, there is no unit more AGGRESSIVE, and there is no unit BETTER. We encourage you to come out and join us in fighter practice.
