My eyes were bedazzled
As you wove your magic around me
A hard lesson learned
Sometimes things are not what they seem
I'm waiting in the frozen silence
For a sun that will never rise

My heart was beguiled
By misgivings and my desire
This vacume engulfs me
Images blur and fade, melting away
I was chasing shadows in the fog of my dreams
Looking at you through distorted eyes
