The effort put into things is to often unstable which leads to only partial success, for the Querent will give up. Even in situations where the skill and knowledge is present, either an insecurity in themself or a doubt in other present will cause the Querent to give up.
Perfection is rare, and the Querent must realise this, especially in expectations of self and others.
Things must be givn time to come to fruition.
Nothing can be accomplished successfully if you give up, see things through.
