You walk down a deep, dark tunnel, clutching a flashlight for dear life. You hear a flutter of wings and duck down as an elbony bird wings past your head. You keep walking. Suddenly you trip, and fall with a curse. You turn about and you stomich clutches up in terror. You had triped over a human skull. You bean your flashlight around and can hardly bite back your screams. Rows and rows of shelves go down the tunnels, all covers in human skeletons. Royalty, a once great family that had been tyrants, and had all been buried in the catacombs. Ageanst your better judgement, you keep walking. The path forks, and soon you are hopelessly lost in the maze. Maybe your bones will join this cruel family, what then? But as this thought drifts like a unimaginable specter across your mind, you find yourself in the center of the catacombs. There, is a large canine skeleton laying on the floor, a huge rusted chain still attatched to it's iorn coller. Around it are murals of a feirce black winged canine, with glowing demonic eyes. You see a latin inscription at its feet, and bend over to pick up a scrap of leather with writeing, apperntly a translation. I am darkness, I am evil. Brought from the rings of hell to guard the bones of the dammed, until my bones fall among theirs, bound in life. Bound in life, yet free in death! Hark! Beware, for all that was is nevermore, I am.... And there the translation ends. You then hear a low growl. You slowly turn and gasp, your skin takeing the shade of a ghost as behind you stands the large black Icidrake, teeth salvitating in it's mouth. But how can this be? You scream, and run back into the mazelike tunnels, no matter how fast you run you are haunted but an unearth and cruel laugh that fills your spirit with cold dread. "Raven! I am Raven, and I am free! A sinister voice calls out, echoing ominously through the tunnels.
