Striving
The way of the Jensari is one of continual striving. It is not a path which accepts stagnation, a lack of ambition or plain laziness and this is why the study of its philosophy, as is presented here, is restricted to those who have attained a certain level of mastery. What we do here is attempt to sharpen the skills which will best allow an individual to achieve his or her aims. I think that it is fair to say that that is the primary aim of the Jensari. What we want is for each and everyone of our members to be successful in whatsoever they decide. As of such we have a number of study areas ranging from Sun Tzu to the Bible. As with the fo not all of these areas are compulsory. However, there is a ranking system whereby to reach the next grade of study you must have a level of proficiency which exceeds that of previous levels. If, for example you are an expert in one area of our studies but have little knowledge of others it is likely that your chances of progression will be slim. The ranking system works like this, by the time that you join you are a Jensari or else you would not be reading this. The fact that you are now reading this shows that you already know at least a small amount of what our organisation is about. Your assessor has told you and judged you to be a capable individual which should speak volumes about your ability. Now that you have been accepted you will be assigned a guide who may or may not be your assessor. In time you will realise that there are a number of paths to follow within the Jensari but for now have a look through the courses contents and discuss with your guide where you would like to begin.
