Dear Colin & Ulfric;

You have both made good points. Brother Patrick has made a good attempt @ explaining the basics to you; but perhaps I should explain a bit more.

Basically what is boils down to is this : even though I still study under the ways of the Sith (& yes, I know the distinction between the various Dark side factions no longer really exists here; as Lady Qadira & many others have already explained/said); I still felt something lacking, something not totally all there.

So, I delved into the ways of the Nightsisters, did research on them & tried to find parallels with other paths I knew to help me bring the gap between what I knew & how I could build on the ways & beliefs of the Nightsisters.

Ulfric is correct when he said that our empathsis in training is more geared towards nature & the incopration of the elemets & elemental aspects of Force training. Although we don't necessarily restrict ourselves to this one area, it does form a large part of our Force training.

In regards to the methodology in our training; as I have said before, nature plays a large empathsis in our methodology, as does having a sense of tradition, ceremony & loyalty.

The Order has 4 Councils. The Council of Seven, which functions much like a board of directors whom help run a company; the Council of War (run by the Justrali - Jensaari whom follow the Nightsister ways in addition to their own), whom looks after threat assessment & help maintain order & unity within the Order of Nightsisters; the Council of the Clans, which is like a State Council; & the Council of the Sisters, wehich is like a local council.

Several of our titles (& the function associated with those said titles are) include:

The Founder (myself) - The Founder of the Order & the one responsible for researching their ways & helping addapt them to real life study. Helps with veritually every aspects of running the Order; & is also a member of the Council of Seven.

Sumpreme Enforcer (Patrick) - The overseer of all other Enforcers within the Order. Also a member of the Council fo Seven.

Head Enforcer - Responsible for all the Enforcers within their designated clan & making sure that they do their jobs & help out when & where they can.

Enforcer - A Clan member repsonsible for helping meditate debates & whom helps maintain unity, order & co-operation within their clan (basically, a people's representative/morale officer for a clan).

Clan - A group of Nightsisters living in one area that come together to study, train & hang out (sort of like a Coven of Witches).

Clan Mother - Any female Nightsister that founds a Clan.

Clan Father - Any male Nightsister that founds a Clan.

Clan Brother - Any male Nightsister whom is part of a Clan.

Clan Sister - Any female Nightsister whom is aprt of a clan.

Prefect (my long-time personal friend (& a capable warrior I might add! :p); Nathan) - The Head of the Council of War. Oversees the running of the Council of War, the Justrali & monitors & maintains their training regimes, etc... Also acts as advisor to the Council of Seven.

Priestess of the Mind - Responsible for overseeing the major aspects of mental training within the Order. Also a member of the Council of Seven.

Priestess of the Soul - Oversees the major aspects of basic Force training within the Order. Also a member of the Council of Seven.

Priest of the Blood - Oversees the giving & stripping of ranks, titles, & such within the Order. Also a member of the Councuil of Seven & the Council of War.

Priest of the Flesh - Oversees the major aspects of physchial training within the Order & sees that they maintain a constant high standard & a certain degree of challenge. Also a member of the Councuil of Seven.

In terms of others training under us & under other "factions" of Force users (such as the Sith, the Krath, the Jensaari, the Falanassi, etc..); we let people follow both paths if they want, provided that they treat such training seriously & pay relatively equal attention to both. The terms "Nightsith", etc... are combined terms of the word "Night" (from the word 'Nightsister') & the other path of study. Hence, the term "Nightsith" is used to describe someone whom follows the ways of the both Nightsisters & the Sith; just as the term

"Nightkrath" would be used to describe someone whom follows the ways of the Nightsisters & the Krath; & so on & so forth.

Basically, all in all; summed up; the Order of Nightsisters combines the apsects of having a sense for & a respect for tradition, a close connection to & deep respect for the Force & the nature; & is about us expressing ourselves in a way which helps aide us in our search for knowledge, wisdom, enlightenment & balance.

If eith of you would like to know more; or if you know of anyone whom would be interested in the Order; please feel free to give me a buzz via e-mail & I shall send you more info. on the Order, our ways & beliefs.

Thankyou all for your time; & I hope you all have found this informal & useful. May the Force be with & protect you, always. Warm regards;

-- Corran Haylcon. :)
Nightsith & follower of the Dark path.
Why simply smell a rose & admire it's beauty when you can get the same pleasure from the thorns? Be mindful of your experiences; as each has something worthwhile to offer you.
