The Jensari Basic Meditation
The Jensari Meditations are much like Tai Chi or a martial arts Kata. Since the Jensari are Combat-oriented Dark Side Adepts, we rely on our ability to move and react in a state of no mind. No Mind is the movement of the body instinctively while in a meditation and flowing of the Force. When in life would you have time to stop and meditate before a fight? Never, unless just training of course. A Jensari warrior cultivates movement into every meditation.
There is no one specific meditation that we use. The Jensari Adept should start the process of combat meditations by either finding a series of techniques and adding them together, or taking a Kata obtained by martial arts and adding the meditation into it. I would strongly recommend going to a book store and purchasing a book on tai chi before beginning this process.
Once the adept has the exercise, kata, or series of techniques memorized he learns to apply and direct the Force while performing these movements. Find a place where you will not be disturbed, preferably out in the open, where you can draw off the living force that surrounds you. Some find it easier to perform meditations in the dark, so you might want to try that as well to see which one works better for you.
It is normally a good idea to acquire a set of loose-fitting comfortable clothes, seeing as how you will be performing slow, long, stretching movements. A good idea is to purchase nice cheap karate GIs and wash them a couple times to make them comfortable. Many adepts seem drawn to their GIs after months of training because they automatically associate the GI with the meditations and training. You should practice both in your GI and in regular clothes. This will help you to be comfortable in performing those movements in street clothes the way you probably will be in real life.
Now that you have your spot picked out and your clothes on, stand with your feet together and perform the basic dark side meditation. Tighten up your stomach muscles as if you were about to do a sit-up and do not release them for the duration of the exercise. Breath in through your nose as deep as you can, keeping the abdomen tightened. Feel the force flowing through you. Visualize the anger coursing through you like a water pump, flowing freely from the second heart. Closing your eyes, start your kata.
As you are moving your body 'feel' your surroundings. Feel the force flowing through your body and moving out through your and feet. Feel it swirling around your body creating an impenetrable sphere of Force around you. Feel the force like water running through your arms and extending out to add to the sphere. Keep your movements as slow as possible, flexing and tightening the muscles in your arms and legs when doing so.
It's a good idea to pretend there is a rubber band securing your arms and legs in place, so that every movement is forced restriction. The whole time keep the abdomen tightened and breath deeply in the nose. I would recommend spending a good 15 minutes perfoming this meditation every day so that the body and mind get used to the flow of the force while in movement.
After you can successfully perform this meditation without actual conscious thought, you are ready for the next part. Daydream. Just think and run things through your mind as you meditate...maybe planning what needs to be done that day. Running strategies through your mind , etc. The point of this is to get the body to perform the movements you specified without conscious thought and to create force flow through the body without having to stop and concentrate on it.
This is a must for Jensari adepts, seeing as how we don't have time if a situation arises to stop and concentrate on force projection. Your body will become adept to this process after time, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't work easily at first. This is not an easy meditation but it can, and probably will, save your life in a future event.
The adept who becomes emersed in the very essence of the Jensari meditation above may slowly start to notice everything becoming more clear. Sounds become louder, movements more exaggerated, colors more vibrant, and the anger and hate inside you less anxious. The Jensari adept becomes one with his hate and finds the peace and security in it. This is a prime exercise for achieving this state.
I hope you have enjoyed this lecture and that it aids you on your quest for Combat Perfection and efficiency.
May The Darkness bring you Victory!!!
