| It all began in Marsember, a somewhat seedy city on the coast of Cormyr. In a run down tavern several people sat A rough looking man stumbled into the tavern, when the gathered people went to his aid, he handed one of them a crystal. Gasping for breath the man bade the people to take the crystal to Eveningstar where a sage versed in rocks and minerals had been commissioned to study the unusual crystal. A quick eyed bystander noticed a harp shaped pin. As his instructions ended the man breathed his last. Having nothing pressing to do the group decided to head to the sage, planning on taking the king's road through Arabel and then on to the small farming town of Eveningstar in northern Cormyr. |
