Brother and brother-in-law to Ike E. Kizziah and Thelma Allen (Kizziah),
lived with them lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Thelma was a worker in the Laundry industry.
Major and Ike were laborers doing odd jobs for support.
Possibly Apache Native American.
Far as I can remember they never saw him again.

Major John Kizziah is the only person who come close to fitting.
He was b. 27 Jan 1913 and d. in Salem, Marion County, Oregon USA.
