This is the Works rear Ultracross rear shock w/adjustable compression/rebound/preload. Since they are fully adjustable you can fine tune them to whatever conditions are and rider style. This rear shock works great when it is coupled to the front works shocks and it also helps through the whoops by taking them with no problem and not bucking you all over the place. This shock is very durable with a 5/8" diameter shaft and even when it does bottom (which is very very rare) it bottoms very smoothly. It is very strong and is built very solidly. It is set up for the individual rider and machine and is fully rebuildable. The reservoir virtually eliminates shock fade on long rides or motos and helps to have better damping due to the extra amount of oil. It is best to have Works do the rebuilds.
