UNI air filters are great filters. They have two parts in them, basically two filters. The first is a coarse outer layer that traps large dirt particles, and a finer inner layer that traps the dust extremely well. They are one of the most reliable filters made today. They are more free flowing than stock, and also are much better in that they can filter the air better. Much of this is because they have a larger surface area. They are very easy to install and you should remove the airbox lid and rejet for best results. They also use all the stock mounting hardware. As with all filters, they should be well oiled with a high quality air filter oil. I like Bel Ray. The UNI air filter is available from Rocky Mountain ATV.
