| Snow days- In the event of inclement weather, call the studio at (845) 528-2200 to listen to a recorded message about class cancellations. For the most part we will follow the announced school closings, so if school is closed, odds are we will be, too! |

| Proper Dance Attire- All students should be in proper dance attire for their classes. Hair MUST be up in a bun at all times! Ponytails are not sufficient. |

| Spectators- You are always welcome to watch your child during their class, but we do ask that you do it from the waiting room. The waiting room has a TV, coffee machine and a vending machine for your comfort. It is very important that siblings be supervised at all times. |

| Attendance and punctuality- It is important that your child attend class every week. Dancers should arrive 15 minutes BEFORE their scheduled class time in order to be ready to dance on time. Being early gives your child the chance to change shoes etc. before class. |

| Lost and Found- Be sure to put your child's name in EVERYTHING!!! If something is missing, check our lost and found box in the waiting room. |

| Safe and Sound- If your child is going to be picked up by someone other than a parent, please let us know. |
|
| Until we get to know everyone, don't be offended if we ask you who you are when you come to pick up. We want to make sure everyone is safe at the Academy. |
