Chapter II: Rebuilding and Rekindling |

The last few days have been quite hectic. Things have turned for the better, others for the worse. Our kind still struggles to mourn for the many many deaths, those fortunate to survive the crash rebuilt and commemorated them. Meanwhile we've found that the magical radiation leaking from the Exodar's powercrystals is sslowly corrupting the lands... On the bright side, we've established a new outpost, Azure Watch, this central township has been built to better maintain contact between the Exodar and the Crash site in Ammen vale. I do hope our rebuilding will continue to go as speedy as this... |

Today a new scoutgroup has reported back. It seems that we've landed on a cluster of islands. Not just Azuremyst we currently inhabit. There's also another one to the north: Silvergale, a small one to the south west: Silvermyst and some unexplored ones as well... Soon a group of settlers is to travel to Silvergale to esablish a new outpost there. Also a Night Elf has been found, apparantly a scout from another land. The poor creature is weary and sustained some wounds, poisonous wounds. Our medics are working on getting her back on her feet. |

I haven't written anything in my journal for some days now, again, things have taken a strange turn of events...I've been appointed temporarily as watcher over Azure Watch to look after the construction, infrastructure and politics in this region for it seems we're not alone... Some groups of strange bear-men call this place their home, Furbolgs they call themselves and our linguists are trying to find a way to commune with them. Also the Night Elf creature has been sucessfully awakened from her coma. Though still weak, she glimpsed at the medics and started ranting about demons and Man'ari! How would this creature know of that foul and degenerate race? She must have met them somewhere... and lived. Soon after she collapsed again, but is stable...
Other then that some strange reports came from Silvergale. The island is being tainted by the Vector Coil, the enormous powerengine of the Exodar that crashed into it's mountainrange. Now the crystals are dissolving into a corrupting red ooze which is spreading like insane across the once beautifull lands! We've renamed the place Bloodmyst Isle because of that... but I won't write any more now, my hand is trembling, my mind weary, I need a good night's rest. |

Blood Elves! That is the shocking news that has reached my ears this day. By now we've been on this ilsand for one week and allready the vile scum has chased us here. They seem to be holding out somewhere on Bloodmyst, but where? A scoutparty has been sent, but we haven't received any word yet... As such my role of guardian was no longer needed and the title of Exarch of Azure Watch has |

been given to mr. Menelaous.I'm making my way to Bloodmyst tomorrow, along with my brother who is interested in the effects of the powercore on the local wildlife. And from Blood Elves I turn to Night Elves, for the unfortunate creature has woken up finally, healed completally by our fine medics. After some fuss and confusion she understood we where nothing like the Man'ari. As such she presented us her boat that led her to this place and took aboard some ambassadors to |

represent our people. I do hope that some time in the near future we can count on the support of the Night Elves, expecially now that the Blood Elves have arived! |

Bloodmyst Isle indeed does ring true to it's name. The crimson skies makes one feel unwelcome and the ground and waters itself red as if sated with blood. Dolerad immedisatly fraternized with the local group of hunters, of course, his love for strong tales and alcoholic beverages makes him a social animal, something the guild would welcome. I found myself flabbergasted... for far more then just the |

soil and water was corrupted. The wildlife and even the plantlife has turned foul and vicious. Dark creatures known as Satyrs stalk the woods as well. Hooved with furry tails and great dark horns... A place I certainly hope I won't need to stay for too long... |
