Blood Elves range between 5'7" and 6'6" feet, being roughly half a foot above humans. They are typically very thin, and weigh about 110 to 155 pounds. Their skin has a dark red tinge, like blood from which they recieve their name. The blood elves have red or black eyes, with black or white hair. It is said that when somebody is born with black eyes and hair, they are born to do something great, and blood elves with these traits recieve free schooling. It is not uncommon for parents to attempt to dye their childs hair to enter them free into schools, however strict measures have been taken against this. Blood Elves retain the pointed ears and slit eyes, their ears being longer then the typical high elf's. Blood elves are taken as adults at 110 years, and live to be between 700 and 850 years. Unlike most elves, blood elves sleep for 8 hours, which is the key trait that seperates them from all other elven races. |
