After Stanford, a few sports-loving friends and I moved into a house
on Hillcrest Dr., a little north of Stanford. A couple of us were interested in making hockey jersies for the house and this was the final
design. The star was meant to represent the half of the house that hailed from Texas. The outline of the brown bear represents the half
of the house from California. As for the design inside the bear's head, that is a recreation of the view from our living-room window, through
which you can see the San Francisco Bay between the hills of Belmont, where the mist rolls in every evening.
Again, due of a number complications, the actual jersies were never made. |
