| Why Indigo Tears? |
| Oh, what's in a name? I'll tell you, a whole lotta frustration! I wanted a cool name, and I thought about it for a while. Well, as you probably know Duo's eyes are a nice and pretty blueish-violetish (indigo) color, so where I got "Indigo" from is pretty noticeable. So why tears? Duo doesn't cry and even tells Master O in the show that he will not cry. Well, what if I told you I believe that to be a load of bull? Duo cries, just not the type of tears you can see, the type that hurt the worse. I know beacuse I cry them too. Duo has not had an easy life, heck none of the Gundam boys have (not even Quatre, even though his was the best) He has watched everyone he loves die. His parents, Solo, Sister Helen, the Father at Maxwell Church, and in a way Deathscythe and Deathscythe Hell, (Even if that doesn't happen till EW) they all have passed away, and not by old age. I think Duo has worked up his friendly demeanor in order to not only fool others, but to fool himself. And it works, most of the time. Duo's soul cries, if you ask me, and that's why I added tears. |
