| One question: Do any of you have any cool George Hamilton Green pieces laying around? Cuz if you do I wanna learn a couple. Mike did the MOST AWESOME xylophone rag. It was better than cool. Oh, our concert went really well! It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did that Drum Trio, with the flailing arms and stuff, and it was great. At the end we're supposed to roll away on rolley chairs; but apparently last time the concert involved Mike knocking over the xylophone and breaking it, so we avoided rolling into any instruments (especially since a bunch of them are new). But, we had the cool chairs like the ones in the tech center where you can make them go up and down. So, when we were done (and it went perfectly -- flailing hands in sync and everything) we kind of rolled back, spun around a little, and 'deflated' our chairs. It was cool! So, maybe I'm a little biased, since I was in the concert. But, minus a few missed notes and one off tempo, it was a great success. Just thought you'd wanna know! -Sarah |
