My best friend: You were there from the beginning of my nightmare.
You stayed when others could not cope and you suffered along with my family.
I don�t think I can thank you enough for being there when I needed you
or for staying with me now through the good days and the bad.
To you, I dedicate Daphne�s poem �I Never Had A Friend�
for your continued support and comfort.

My children and their families: I know this has been hard for all of you,
but know that although your Mom�s heart has been broken,
I love you always and then some more.

My sisters and their families: Your strength never ceases to amaze me.
Thank you for being there when I needed you the most.
Thank you for just being you.

I know that your dedication to your profession is why you worked
so hard on the investigation and prosecution in Daphne�s case.
