1. Please read all sources of Officer Responsibility on the website. As we grow it will be imperative that every officer in the guild can readily help any in the guild with questions they may have.
2. All officers will be asked to do the most in the "Lead by Example" method of teaching our guild has in terms of roleplaying. Everyone does well in guild and alliance, but when you are in groups it is necessary that you act as a shining example of Pantheon. With a good knowledge of the gods, and solid roleplaying, you will do much for maintaining and extending the reputation that Pantheon is a serious and self-motivated roleplaying force on this server. We have to do our part to help Nimue stay as roleplaying-friendly as possible. It is up to the Avatars to make sure they act as role-models for the role-players.
3. Read and become familiar with the Pantheon Goals for Nimue. Avatars will be asked to do the most in regards to offering everyone a chance at roleplaying with us for any amount of time they see fit. Ask everyone to join us in our events, freely and often talk of the gods and how they are a part of Hibernia, don't be shy to tell people what Pantheon's goals for Nimue are. If more people hear that we are out there trying to get everyone to roleplaying WITH us (and in term, roleplay more when they aren't with us), we'll get a great reputation as trying to help the entire server, not just ourselves.
