Ressurection
With Balor restored, and the days marching on, it is not surprising that his powers have grown significantly, and his followers grown many.  It has come to the attention of the Pantheon that he has chosen his Avatar, an elf by the name of Helldancer.  It is believed that Balor favors the elf highly, and actually feels some gratitude to the race for bringing about his ressurection.
I, Raelyr Heavensong, asked Urugon the Druid of Daghda, to keep an eye on the elven exile.  Urugon takes no sides in our guild's missions or goals, instead acting as our impartial scale of neutrality, and thus a most trusted advisor.  He came back to me with grave news.

Helldancer is indeed a mortal, but no longer elf...instead he is some twisted mockery of elvenkind from the malignant effects of Balor's magick.  He is being shielded by the One-Eyed, kept safe from our detection.  Helldancer calls himself the
Demonslave, a title for his status as Balor's Avatar.  The extent of his powers are unknown, but Urugon reports to me that as long as Balor remains alive, Helldancer cannot die permanently, he is merely brough back to life from the nearly infinite power of his Dark Lord.

As with all of us in Pantheon, Helldancer's power grows with every task he performs for his god, but he has one major hindrance to this progression.  He is bound by the demon magick to perform rituals which consumate his servitude to Balor and thereby gain him more power.  Helldancer is still weak from the initial effects of becoming the Demonslave, but with every ritual he manages to perform he will grow stronger and stronger.  It is Urugon's belief that if we can disrupt these rituals, it may be enough to delay Helldancer's growth and buy the Pantheon more time while we try and determine just what is happening.

Helldancer gathers other followers of Balor to his banner while he walks the realm, just as Clawheart does for Efnisien.  We must be careful to watch for who may be a spy for Helldancer, acting as a friend to the Pantheon.  It is also feared that Helldancer may eventually seek the aid of the Demons from Darkness Falls to increase his lord Balor's armies.

Balor's ressurection is not complete, this is known now.  Balor seeks Helldancer to do something that will bring about his eventual return to immortal might...but what is needed is not known.  We must be cautious to watch and listen to our enemies' actions to find out what the true plot is.  If we can antipicate Helldancer's next move, we can better resist him, and thereby resist Balor's final ressurection to full deity.

If any of the Pantheon have any further information that I may use to enlighten all of us on Helldancer or Balor's activities it is imperative that you do so.  Without this knowledge it will be impossible to fight back against the forces of evil, and Pantheon will fail.  Should we fail, as the only true believers in the Old Gods, then Hibernia will fall from forces they know little about.
May the heroes of Hibernia's past smile upon us all in these days of greatest need.  Stay strong my fellow Pantheons.
