Although until recently I've mostly done birthday and shower cakes,
I would love to try my hand at wedding cakes. Featured below is my
very first wedding-style cake -- for my grandparents' anniversary,
and it came out beautifully.

50th Wedding Anniversary cake. The bottom tier is a dense carrot cake full of fresh carrots, nuts, coconut and pineapple; the middle tier is dark chocolate; and the top is a gorgeous pink cherry cake, like the cake they had at their wedding 50 years ago. The flowers are all fresh in fall colors.
