POM CIDER::

Brewed December 10th,  2005:

Ingredients:

4 gallons meijer's 100% O.J., rw knudsen pom concentrate
1 gallon water, 1.5 lb.s munton ex light dry extract
wine yeast add 2 more pom conc. 1/4 gallon apple juice,
1+ gallon distilled water to secondary
12/10/2005 brewed
12/11/2005 bubbling
12/18/2005 preparing carboy for use as a secondary
12/19/2005 bubbling stopped, transferred to secondary, now bubbling actively
12/26/2005 slowing
