1/2 lb fresh grated ginger
4 tablespoons cream of tartar
California Ale Yeast w/ Nutrient
5 oz Corn Sugar for priming
11/3/05 still bubbling pretty good (after 2 weeks0
11/18/05 down to 1 bubble per minute
12/12/05 bottled
1/07/05 FG close to 1.00
only lightly carbonated, letting sit in bottles another week
