| I the undersigned, agree: 1. to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Danville Illinois Kennel Club, Inc. and the Rules and Regulations of the American Kennel Club. 2. to support and conduct only ethical trade practices. 3. to maintain the best possible standards of canine health, cleanliness, and care. 4. all dogs offered at stud, any bitches accepted for stud service, or any bitches bred shall be in good health and free from communicable diseases and disqualifying gentic faults. 5. no stud dog will be bred to any bitch whose owner is directly or indirectly involved with any puppy broker, puppy mill, pet shop, litter lot sales, or any other commercial enterprise whose business is involved in the like. 6. all bithces will be bred with the intentions of that paticular breeding improving the breed. 7. no puppies will be sold or given to commercial facilities, business kennels, puppy brokers, pet shops, puppy mills, guard dog business, research facilities, or agents therof. 8. to furnish records to each buyer of all shots and wormings, pedigree, and AKC registration or transfer document unless written agreement is made at the time of the sale that such papers be withheld. 9. that I will conduct myself at all times in such a manner as to reflect credit on the sport of pure-bred dogs. _______________________________________ Signature of applicant _______________________________________ Signature of co-applicant |
