• initiated in 1975 the planning for the first Festival-in-the-Park with the Danville Parks and Recreation Department?
• holds open monthly meetings on the fourth Friday of each month to inform members and the public about human services available in the community?
• is the only multi-agency human services council in Danville?
• has a broad membership currently representing many public and private agencies and concerned individuals?
• publishes a monthly newsletter for members?
