| About me and my friends | ||||
| Hello every one. I have not edited this in 3 years now. Most of the information i have in the site is probably out of date, however Now I am going to the University of California Riverside and I hope to transfer to another college. My ultimate goal is to become a scientist. For now this Paragraph is all i have edited. date: 5/08/08 | ||||
| More than all these things I like nature cause it is so beautiful and elegant. God created nature for us and we have to appreciate it. Nature provides us with many medicines and mental satisfaction. I also love music. music always keeps me very inspired. | ||||
| My friends are really cool and they always support me. My best friend is Daniel who I met in Royal Institute, he always help me and supported me in everything I did. When I came to USA I missed him and all the other friends I had. I managed to make new friends here too. My friends are Alan, Thomas and Andrew. I have many other friends who still thinks I am crazy cause I talk allot ha ha. well friends here are different cause they are not too attached. I still talk with Daniel weekly, but I do not think that will happened with the friends I have now, I guess that is how life is. | ||||
| Church life here is pretty cool, and better than Sri-Lanka. I have more friends in church here. Mike and Andrew are very good brothers in church. i got to know them in summer and they are kind and nice. We went to many places and did allot of things the sophomore summer. I am glad I did this cause I had too much work last few years. This also destroyed my studies cause I fell behind in some points. I still remember the freshman year summer. It was the most fun summer ever. Thomas, Alan and I did many thing after summer school. I mean summer school was tough but we still had fun. | ||||
| Well If you ask me how America is, I would say this is very lonely. In Sri-lanka. I had way more fun, but I did not study. I am studying here and that is what matters. I did not know what is the real burden of life when I was in Sri-lanka. I am happy I came here. I learned how to adopt to the American ways and it is pretty cool. I play basket ball and not cricket. I miss playing cricket. I want to go back to Sri-Lanka one day. I want to travel around the world and go to different cities and countries. This world is so beautiful and why waist it while we can enjoy it. why take burdens when we are all going to die anyway. My friend Andrew said "when you are older you will not care about what you did, but you will weep over what you did not do" I still do not know what this means because he did not tell me. | ||||
