I'm still alive--09/01/02
I know it's been months, but I've been working hard all summer to make more wonderful stuff. Most recently, I've been trying to make a Hot Date downtown set, complete with custom NPC's! As I have HD, all objects will be for those with Hot Date only, until I can get on my cousins' computer and install T-mog and clone stuff from the original game. But I don't have much of that stuff done, and I'll get a preview up when I can. Today, I'm proud to make my first set of walls avaiable-- a four-part fresco of Venus, which I don't have much information on as of right now. See it it walls.
Update! Finally!--05/27/02
Yeah, it's been a while. . . I haven't been able to get around to much skinning because school is winding down and I'm getting into the end of the year stretch. Exam reviews are the antichrist. Actually, I love exams themselves, but I'd just as soon not review for them. Only in America can you get a D+ in science but raise it to a C+ by getting an A on the exam without studying at all-- not that I advocate the practice, because it's not for the faint of heart. Anyway, I've got five fantastic new skins up on pages four and two of Women's skins. (I had a repeat skin on page two for filler, and I've just replaced it with a new one.) Many thanks must go to Jerome, the Demigod of Meshes over at Simfreaks, for his new skinny draped Roman meshes, and to the wonderful Christy of Romansims for working so hard to skin those meshes and get them out to mere mortals like me, who had to trace all her hemlines to get my skins to look halfway decent. :)
And just as a reminder, the man and little girl in the logo use bases from Josie's Dollz, and the woman is from J.W. Waterhouse's La Fileuse.
New Women's Faces--05/03/02
Four new women's heads, including the first head I ever made, the Emperess. It's really just a Maxis skin with a headband colored gold, but I was damn proud of it last November! Also a Maxis recolored redhead on that wonderful Barairo no Jinsei ringlet mesh, and two faces from facelift on Fionn meshes, including my first dark face! For whatever odd reason, the Sim Oscars are still up and running, so please! Give me your pity votes! I know I can't win, but I can at least make a good showing.
New Women's Skins--05/01/02
Four pretty much identical re-colored dresses on page three. I think the shading on these babies is some of the sweetest work I've done. Also, for the real world acquaintances, I've got a new, as-yet-unnamed little orange kitten!
