This fanlisting is about the character Mickey Kostmayer, from the television program The Equalizer. He is a former Navy SEAL, but was court-martialed, though he was innocent. Control, the boss of "The Company", got the charges dropped, and hired Mickey to work for him. During his career in "The Company", he met and worked with Robert McCall, who later became the Equalizer. Mickey now works both for McCall and "The Company", helping McCall solve peoples problems. He is an excellent marksman, as well as being trained in surveillance. He has a tendancy to be overly impatient though, as evidenced in the following quote, one of my favourites of his.
Mickey: What do we need a diversion for? Just kick in the door and hose the room.
Robert McCall: Mickey, there is a five year old boy in there.
Mickey: Oh yeah, we're gonna need a diversion.
