How fantastic really is Mr. Fantastic?

After recently coming across a set of marvel character cards I was puzzled to read this on Mr. Fantastic card "The use of the term "Fantastic" to describe anything about this man would not only be modest, it would indeed be a considerable understatement." usually I'd take anything I read on these cards as the unquestionable truth but I always came to the conclusion myself that the fantastic 4 sucked. So now I have made it my mission to discover really what is so fantastic about Mr. Fantastic first I will set the scene with a little character profile to help answer the question:

Name: Reed Richards

Powers: Reed found that his skin was malleable and that could elongate any portion of his body at will

Greatest achievement: Using his powers to win the world twister championships

Contribution to mankind: Under his guidance, the fantastic 4 have saved the world countless times

Well being able to stretch your whole body does sound pretty cool but fantastic? I'm just not convinced, the only way to find out if Mr. fantastic lives up to his name which I add he did give to him self we need to find some hard evidence. This evidence comes in the form of a conversation that was held at the fantastic 4 HQ, after Mr. fantastic and his wife the invisible women return from a night out.

Human touch: hey Mr. fantastic

Mr. fantastic: hello there human touch

Human touch: how was your night?

Mr. fantastic: good thanks

Human touch: get some action?

Mr. fantastic: hell yes, she had to take 2 morning after pills if you know what I mean (giving the human touch a nudge)

Human touch: (laugh) good good

Mr. fantastic: lets just say my powers can in handy

Human touch: how so?

Mr. fantastic: when I said I can stretch all over I wasn't joking (walks away with a smile on his face)

Human touch: (turning to the invisible woman) what did he mean by that then?

Invisible woman: he stretched his knob an extra 8 inches, they don't call him Mr. Fantastic for nothing you know.

To there you have it, looks like the character card was right Mr. fantastic really is fantastic
