| I was born on an Army Base, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia in 1959, and I grew up all over and around, we moved around alot, but mostly in the South...which I love by the way - check out my politics page. I'm part Native American (Muskogee) and I think some German, Scottish and Irish thrown in the mix. (So I'm a mutt I suppose, like most Americans.) Currently Single Again, I live by myself, except for my pet snakes (yes snakes...check out the pets page) which currently number 5 (And I'm thinking 5 is going to be enough!! hahaha). I have a daughter and a son who are both nearly full grown, who visit me every now and then. I work for the Florida Department of Corrections, as a Corrections Officer (that's a prison guard) I also enjoy Microsoft Comic Chat (See fave links) My major interest is philosophy in it's two most volatile forms - religion and politics. Just love to get into a heated discussion about either one! As far as religion goes, I consider myself a Christian, although that is a matter of debate among the more conservative and orthodox of the faith. I'm more liberal than most here in the Southern Bible Belt - and I'm also unchurched. Politically speaking, I'm a Libertarian and I favor Southern Secession (the South was right in 1861!)
