DRIVERS EDUCATION CLASSES FEBRUARY 23 |

There are a total of 12 adults registered for the Drivers Education Course in Shishmaref. The classes will help with completion of DMV applications and course study of the drivers manual to prepare for the up comming test. The test and application will be for an original State of Alaska Learners Permit. The Course is held on Monday Evenings and the First Closed Book Test will be held on March 8th. |

Monday March 1st nine of 12 registered adults completed thier application process for thier Original Learners Permit. Part of this process is to assist with making copies of the required I.D. Home Land Security requirements now make it mandatory to include your Social Security Card as one of two forms of I.D. A final Course Study was held for test preperation on March 8th. Those students that have not been able to attend have been given home study courses and will take the closed book test on March 8th or at the instructors home with special arrangements. |
