| In the next Chess Class we will begin reading a section from Chess for Kids by Daniel C. Macdonald and Kelvin F.R. Smith. This 64 page ilistrated book makes very good reading and will help students to understand the history and traditions of the chess game and the capabilities of each piece used in the game. The book will also help teach begining, middle and end game strategies. |
