Arctic Martial Arts Adventures
The primary two areas we are recomending you visit are Nome and Shishmaref.  You will need to fly to Anchorage first. Most airlines are available to Anchorage. From Anchorage you will need to fly with Alaska Airlines to Nome. Anchorage is shown on the map above and a blow up of the Nome Shishmaref  locations on the Bering Straits Penninsula is shown below. If you have an interest in flying to a Russian Eskimo village that can also be arranged.
The Master Instructor lives in Nome and you will need to email him what belt level if any you would like to train and test for. Special attention is given to adults over 40 to learn quality self defense applications using wrist, finger, joint and Kyusho Jitsu presure point systems of self defense and traditional health and self healing techniques. Depending on your current experience and condition a personal plan can be made. Groups of up to 5 are welcome. Please look over the activities links and contact us.

All Tae Kwon Do belt ranking and testing is World Tae Kwon Do Federation and USTU Certified.

All Kyusho Jitsu training by Dan Scholten is sponsored by HKI, Hogan Karate International for promotion of membership and possible participation in future seminars. This training will also assist you in recieving credit towards future Kyusho or Dan certification.
