The current "Dan Patch Line" in Bloomington Minnesota is owned by Progressive Rail Incorporated which was previous Minneapolis Northfield & Southern (MNS) and Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), MPLS "HI-LINE". New infrastructure improvements have been implemented and will continue over the years to better serve Progressive Rails customers while attracting entirely new ones who have never shipped via rail before.
