How is everybody doing? I am finishing the last 2 songs on the album. The last song I wrote is the best song on the album in my opinion. So on May 20th you will be getting 18 songs on the Second Face album. Also the single is �When the lights go out�, you may begin requesting it at your local radio stations. They all have the single. This is going to be a long journey. This will not happen over night. I am in it for the long haul. I hope you guys are too. I will need all of your support in order for this to be a successful album. I don�t have dates yet but there will be a tour. I have started doing internet interviews and for news updates you can go to www.empiremusicwerks.com. I am also in the process of putting the band together. I also will be doing tattoo magazine and other publications. Dannywood.com is in the works and damageproductions.com will be up in 2 weeks. We are also in the process of planning the video for the single. You guys have been very patient, but now is the time for action. I have made Room full of smoke Vol. 2 available to you at www.cdbaby.com, type in d-wood. I did this because I really appreciate you guys. I was not even going to release it. I was just going to concentrate on my solo project Second Face. Enjoy rfos vol.2 and get ready for the real deal. Second face. May 20th. Spread the word���.

Well Danny gave all of us a nice Valentine's gift. CD Baby is going to sell his CD Room full of Smoke Vol.2. You can find it by going to the web site down below. There are clips that you can listen to. I think that it is different from the first one cause this one has more singing to it. Right now it is out of stock but I am sure that some will become available real soon. |

Since New Kids on the Block broke up in 1995, a whole new generation of teen-popsters has
passed through pop culture. But after riding that out, former NKOTB member Danny Wood is
returning to the spotlight with his first solo album, "Second Face," due April 15. Wood remained active in music, though, forming his own Damage Records label upon leaving the New Kids and has produced tracks for former group-mate Joey McIntyre and Mark Wahlberg, brother of ex-New Kid Donnie Wahlberg.

Danny did a radio interview with a station in Indiana today. The dj, Matt, talked to Susan afterwards about the interview and this is what he had to say. |

I just talked to Danny. He will be touring in April, but mainly in Florida. The album Second Face will be out April 15th. HE is going to try and help me get Donnie on. He said that he would be up for some reuniting of the band in the future, because he said that he never got a chance to give the fans a fairwell. He would love to give them that chance. He still talks to Donnie and Joe all the time. His album is more rock leaning, and he said it will have 18 tracks on it. He does plan to do more touring later this year. He told me that if I get Donnie on that I would be the only Dj who has ever been able to pull that off, so I guess for me that in itself is an accomplishment. You still could see the New Kids reunite, it just might take a few years. He said that people always bring the offers to him, but everybody is so busy, but if the time is right who knows. I will cross my fingers for all of the fans. We talked for about 10 minutes, he is a great interview. It will air Wednesday afternoon about 4:30 pm. |

Someone also found out today that the dj said that the first single off of Danny's cd will be "When the lights go out". The single was sent to about 600 radio stations all over the place. It does'nt come out until March though but they should all have it by then. We will let you know when to call your radio and request the song. So come and show your support for Danny. |
