• Designed artwork and HTML code for an elegant visual experience.

// Accomplishments

• As production and layout manager, was integral in the revival of the university scientific research journal, Nucleus, after a 20-year hiatus. Worked along with over 15 writers and editors to organize content, and created fresh a new layout and cover designs. Actively collaborated with printing company personnel in order to ensure successful publication.
• Developed various utility applications used to convert flat text data files into a normalized relational database using Java and the JDBC API as part of a university research project.
• Implemented simple yet effective networking scheme in science honors lounge allowing students to transparently access their files from any machine within the room.
• Created award-winning layout for high school newspaper, The Baysider.
