I have been a test engineer for the past 15 years specializing in the testing of FAA systems. I have developed test plans and procedures, conducted testing at FAA test sites and operational facilities, conducted data analysis on data captured during the course of testing, and promptly prepared test reports. I have been complimented on my writing skills and my ability to quickly and thoroughly analyze large amounts of data during the report development phase. I am proactive in my efforts to develop test documentation templates, test & evaluation guidelines and lessons learned, and training material for new personnel.

I have lead teams of up to 8 test engineers on FAA remote monitor and control programs. I was in charge of assigning personnel to contract tasks, scheduling work assignments, monitoring daily work progress, and writing weekly/monthly reports, annual appraisals, and annual task description modifications. I also assisted in some proposal development work, but my duties were primarily focused on the engineering responsibilities of the task I was assigned to. I assisted in the recruiting process by writing advertisements, interviewing personnel, and providing input on salary requirements.

While my background has been in support of military and FAA programs, I welcome the opportunity for a challenging position in the private sector.
