I think this is definetly false because there may be a rich man who wears suits all the time and stuff because he is rich, and then one day decide to just wear normal clothes that other people wear. And a homeless person might wear a suit one day and pretend to be rich in stuff but that isn�t him because he is pretending to be someone he isn�t so clothes do not make the man.

This is half true and half false. Half true because with money you can get anything you want if you have enough money and it can make you happy. Lets say this person marries rich and she buys everything she wants clothes, car, jewels, all that stuff will make her happy but once she has reached a point where she will have most of the stuff she wanted before she will realize that she is sad because she now has the stuff and there is nothing else to do.

I think this is true for some people. For someone they would rather have a used or old car then to have no car at all. For other people they would rather have no car then driving some piece of junk down the street.

this is so true, this means that you will never get the same opportunity more then once so try to take advantage of everything that comes your way. The quote means when u step into a running river, you will never be able to step on the exact spot and water as you did before. Same thing with a job opportunity you might get a very good offer but if you blow it off you will probably never get one as good as the one they offered you.

This is also true because there are different lies that can have different effect. The truth sometimes hurts and a lie can always help. Lets say you saw your best friends girlfriend with another guy and your friend knows you know something, so you can either tell the truth to your friend which will break his heart or tell him a lie that nothing happened and it will all be ok.
