Well I think that she should go and report it to the state medical board, but before that he should talk to her brother about what she is going to do. Or she can tell her brother that she found out that he added false information on the application or what ever he put the false information. She should tell him the dangers in not telling the truth, she should tell him that since he lied and if later on the state medical board found out about the false information he could never again practice. And if he gets his license and once he has a patient with a problem and he said he could help out like it said on his application he could injure the person. He should tell state medical board that he messed up on the application and that he wants to correct some of the information, maybe that way he can get another chance to fill in the correct information and then that way he and his sister will not have any problems. |
