There are probably not that many things that I would do differently to parent my kids than my parents have. My parents have done everything that they can to teach me the best ways to behave. I will teach my kids the most I can about manners such as saying excuse me or saying thank you when some one has done something for or to you. I well tell my kids how to be nice around other people, and to treat others the same way that they would like to be treated. I will teach my children that they have to go to school in order to get and good job and be successful in life. How they have to do their homework every night. I will teach my children to eat right and healthy. One thing that I would really want to parent my kids are is on doing an activity outside of school such as playing a sport or joining boyscouts or girlscouts. I remember when I was young I really wanted to join the boyscouts but my dad couldn�t drive me everywhere because he worked in the daytime, and my mom couldn�t either because she couldn�t drive. So I will tell my kids how good joining a sport or another active thing that they could do in order to have fun and make friends. Also I will like to parent my kids well by making sure they don�t do anything stupid such as drinking, smoking, or drugs. I will try and make sure that they don�t get sucked into those bad things. |
