Sorry, no real comments - I just visited to get your OnTop program. Haven't tried it out yet, but I appreciate the small size of it. It amazes me how large some program files are! It's not uncommon to find programs with similar functionality and interface but one being up to 50 times the size of the other.

I just had to let you know that ONTOP is the only application I had to go back out and look for after my system crashed and I lost everything. This program has got to be the most useful I've ever come across. The Always on top mode is very handy, but th HIDE function is even better, shunting dloads to the ether where they belong (until finished) is a great thing, it really cleans up the Taskbar. Anyway just wanted to say thank you for making my life easier.

Hi Danny, Just downloaded your "discover" program. I don't know if it will solve a problem I have but I will try it and see. Although I do have the "auto hide" feature enabled for the taskbar, I sometimes find, running 640x480, that some programs, which w uld other ise be good, do not resize and seem to be designed only for 800x600 or greater res., with the result that they are unusable as various buttons are not accessible! It really annoys me. I cannot run 800x600 because my monitor can't hack it. Like y ur pages and the site. I have been writing HTML for a while and enjoy that. I want to learn VB next so I can do some CGI. The URL above is to the site I wrote with my wife Jo. I'm mainly a folk/folk-rock musician and the site is mostly about that as well s Jo's scenic photography of Australia. I hope to be adding some amateur radio stuff soon too as I am a "ham" from way ba k. The site has some freeware links too as I am quite a devotee of freeware!
