| "Let me go Demon," hissed the young witch. Trying to break free and making it difficult for Piper and Paige to explain. "Someone help me" she cried. "Hey!" Paige yelled when Sari lashed out at her, "Piper freeze her" "Well I dont wanna blow her up!" Piper wined. Sari bit down on Pipers hand. "Ouch! Thats it" Piper declared. She froze Sari and she and Paige carried her back into her cave. When Piper unfroze her, Sari had bombarded them with demanding questions until they had explained everything to her. The young girl was shocked when she heard their were others with power like her who were not demons. She had been homeless for a lot of her life and she couldnt remember ever learning about witches in Primary School. She thought it must be something they thought you later on. Gently Piper said, "wed like you to come back to the manor with us. Youll be safer there, until we can got rid of the demon thats after you." Sari thought it over for a long time. Piper became a little impatient and asked, "Well" "Only if I can bring my kitten, Smoke," she declared. "Paige grinned at that, "Well see what we can do" Phoebe was flicking through the Book Of Shadows and still couldnt find a thing. This was because she really didnt know what she was looking for. She knew what the demon looked like only very vaguely and he had many powers. She slammed the book closed in frustration. The pages began to turn by themselves and landed on the page she needed. "Thanks Grams!" whispered Phoebe with a smile and got working on the potion. She heard Piper and Paige come back into the house and headed towards the attic just as she had finished it. "Phoebe meet Sari," Piper said. "Sari this is our sister Phoebe." Piper explained what had happened since they had left the house to Phoebe while Sari examined the attic. "I found the vanquishing spell and potion in the Book of Shadows and you were gone for a while so Ive already finished the potion," Phoebe told them. "Book of Shadows? Vanquish? Potion? Sari asked puzzled Paige patted her shoulder, "I know exactly how you feel" Grinning Phoebe continued, "The demon is called "The Tide" he gets stronger with the more powers he takes from witches. Sari must have a power he wants pretty badly. Hell come to the manor when he realizes that shes here" "Excuse me?" Paige said sarcastically "The Tide? Like The Rock? Except instead of wrestling its Demons? Whos the idiot the came up with that name?" "Its probably the source who names them," Phoebe said mildly, silencing Paige. "OK," Piper said, taking control and ignoring her sisters. "Everyone with a bottle of the potion. Sari stick with Paige. Paige if the Demon tries to absorb Saris power orb her out, ever if its just for a second it will help. Phoebe behind the door so he doesnt notice you. Ill meet him as he gets in the door. Ill freeze him. Phoebe and I can then throw the potion then we can all say the spell," she said taking a deep breath. "Everyone in position, "she started to say, but stopped when she noticed they were already there and waiting for her. The Tide moved silently in the night. He sensed the witch Sari; she was close. "I must have her power," he snarled. "Imagine seeing magic. I could eat up all the witches powers, without waiting for stupid witches to reveal themselves first," he hissed. He was proud of the name the source had given him. The Tide. He liked it because he pictured himself to be like a monstrous tidal wave sweeping up witches powers and leaving behind destruction. He stopped suddenly outside a house and sniffed the air greedily. She was here. Sari yelped when The Tide crashed through the door breaking vases in his path. "Hey," yelled Piper, Havent you ever heard of a door handle! And those vases were antiques!" The Tide turned and sent her flying with a gust of wind. Piper got up as he turned on Paige and Sari but was too late to help. Smoke leapt to Saris rescue distracting the Demon so Phoebe could throw the potion and kick him away from Saris direction. Paige called a lamp to her and broke it over Devours head to slow him further. The three began to chant the spell as Sari watched in awe and delight. The Tide vanished in a blaze of black smoke. For a few minutes everyone was silent. Sari smiled a slow, broad smile, "Wow! Lets do that again! I wanna have a go too!
