| Our sailboat anchor behiend Murry Island durind September long weekend 2003. I instaled and outboard last summer It is more reliable than our old Vire -7 . I had to reinforce the tansom by laying many layer of fiberglass inside and 3/4 marine plywood, it is rock solid now and we bought a new Yamaha electric start engine . I still used the inboard it is in good shape but for long leg the 4 stroke outboard is more quiet and smokeless, it is a must for calm day. In August 2005 we mouved back to Quebec Lac St-Jean . We are looking forward to sail on this huge lake. |
