"Yesterday" On this page you will see all the special animals that have touched my life. Each pet had their own personality and charm. I miss them all dearly.Pets are great when you are boggled down with stress. They are great withlowering high blood pressure and making stress subside. It doesn't matter what your preference of pet is, just that you find one to fit your liking. Some pets people choose are: rodents (hamsters, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs),turtles, ferrets, spiders, cats, dogs, snakes, birds, and fish. Mine are personally guinea pigs, beagles, cocker spaniels and one day I'dlike to get a dachshund. I also prefer my pets to be female. They tend to bemore gentle and affectionate. I love to share my love with animals. Now to introduce to the animals that have touched MY heart the most in my life. This first page will be on my dogs that came into my life, tho not many yet. =)I have yet to begun on this page. LOL. Tho dogs are harder to care for then pigs. There is just so much more to do and things to give them. While pigs are easier. SAM Was the family beagle. He lived for 13 years, but ended up havingheart attacks and soon became deaf. He hated to see people cry.He was very sentimental. We got him around 1970. Parents got him from the people behind my aunt and uncle's home. They lived down the street. We kept in contact with his whole family. He lovedto chase animals. Dad and his brothers would take him and hiskin out and hunt a little. He never would hurt a fly. CHAD We got him for my christmas present in 1983. He looked like a baby hippo. Mom and I went to check him out from an ad. He was $60 of pure happiness to me. He wasn't as affectionate, but I knew he loved me. He kept our yard free from all living things. (Birds, cats, bugs, mice)*LOL* It took forever after he passed before anything came back in the yard. I took this photo of him and turned it into a cross-stitch pattern. I have since lost this pattern and hope to find it again. I really do want to make this in memory of him. He died ofpneumonia at the age of 7 yrs old. He is sadly missed. In between all the dogs and pigs there were little rugrats. Well, okay you all call them hamsters..lol...cute as a bug. I found out in the long run that they are far too hyper for me. I need an animal that will be calm and lie there to pet. Lets see if I can remember all the little monkies: MINNIE = a gerbil my grandfather found outside his home. CINDY = very smart, could fake you out and show expressions. JERRY = just an average little monkey but loved the same. SKITTLES = hefty little handfull with wild hair on side. CAROL = had her with Skittles never liked each other, ran away. =( Some of them I do have photos on, but not much to see. If you have seen one you have seen them all. *smiles* The only ones I have real memories from are: Minnie (she bit me), & Cindy (special). Well, we have tons to show and to tell. all the puppies we lost God bless their precious souls, that they might return to us. MADISON This is my brother and my sister-in-law's dog. She is like family to our family. We have watched her grow up from a pup. She was like a BIG baby, even with her size. She is very loved. Madison is the mother of Murray. I remember how she use to block me when my brother was rough housing with Murray. She stayed there until they quit. She use to think their kittens were her babies. Infact, when she started carrying her doll with her they knew it was time to let her have pups. She seemedto take one look and say: "This is not what I thought I would have". She even sat on there faces as if to get rid of them. She acted so human...We miss her so much ... ={She passed away when she developed some sort of bone problem. Not sure if is was cancer or disease...either way..so sad. Murray has 2 other brothers..the other like him was Murphy. The other was taken by the people who had the male dane. The dad and son are both brindle colored..very unusual to me. As far, as we know they are in good health (Murphy and other). Never could pronounce his name..indian name I was told Murray had qualities much like his mom. Very gentle and huggable. He loved to watch you eat and would stare at you with those BIG brown eyes. =} .. He loved cookies and hated walking on the grass..for it might be wet. He loved getting up all in your face as you sat on the sofa. Would sniff you from head to toe. At one point both of them lived IN the house. But they were so good..it was no problem. He would even crawlright into bed after brother got up and lay his head on pillow. When he was a pup he had tumors: on his tail, neck and insideof his mouth. They were all removed and didn't come back. Then 6 yrs later a new form came up in the roof of his mouth. They removed it only to have it come back 7 days later, twiceits size. Nothing could be done. So they put him to sleep.A sad ending to a wonderful dog. His family didn't want to bury him for they knew his hatred to the yard. So they cremated him.The urn they put him in (2 of them), reminds them of a cookiejar. That fits so fine, since he loved cookies so much. GOD BLESS all the animals that we love so well, for they are truly family. Watch them and keep them from harm. ~Blessed Be~ MURRAY KLEIN Klein had the unfortunes to be born with water on the brain. It wasn't the genes he carried, just a fluke. He probably wouldn't of made it, except that my mom and I both worked very hard to keep him nursing. He grew up to be a fine boy. Like anyone with a condition, we had to give him meds. One drained the fluid off his brain and the other helped with aches and pains. We also took him to a nature doctor and she helped align his spine, which made him feel so good. Time took a toll on his little body and he started having more and more seizures. I miss him so much it hurts. =( This next pet was never under my care, but I loved her just like she was one of my own. She's about 4-5 yrs old. She was my brother and wife's cat. Her mother has Himalayan in her, withalso Siamese. Talk about a beauty. Both of them are talkers. Theylove to answer you when U speak to them. She even says "NO", at least it sounds like it. LOL. She was given to my grandpa whengrandma passed away. He has since passed away. If not for myallergies, I would have loved to keep her. We found a goodhome for her, tho. I only hope they appreciate as I have. =) PEPPY These two link buttons will take you to the places where I got the puppies from. I wanted to give them credit.
