Jim is very likely the nicest guy I know. He might also be the best evidence I have that human civilization has made significant advances since the neolithic age. He's worked less than 30 hours per week for as long as I've known him and still manages to have pretty much everything he wants all the time. There's probably an argument to be made that he's just better at not wanting stuff than most people, but it's an enviable lifestyle in any case.
