MONICA EINARSON - mid cast 2002/2003 (?)

Monica Einarson was a very fine Madame Giry. She avoided the "banging-the-cane-because-I'm-instructed-to" thing some Madames does, but appeared firm and respectable on stage. But still gentle and mysterious. And her French pronounciation was perfect!!

I THINK the picture displays Monica Einarson as Madame Giry (according to the cast list in the souvenir program), but I might be very wrong as well... Carlotta is Vera Borisova, while Kristian Boland is Andr� (and that matches the cast list).

Monica is one of the very few who has played both the role of Madame Giry (Copenhagen) and Christine (Stockholm understudy). I'm very curious about her Christine!
