Darryl Lucas' Third Three Months
Here are some pictures of me
(and Mom and Dad)!!
Dad is still trying to keep these in chronological order with
the newest at the top! We'll see if he can handle it : )
Some photos from Standard Video (all about 70K) that dad forgot - February 16th, 2000 (The file names have the exact dates in them.)
Here I tried to get some pictures of my new teeth!!!
Use a magnifying glass or lots of special filtering software : )
At least I know the work! People who still their fingers
In my mouth are always yelling, OUCH, for some strange reason.
A close-up of my smile!
The serious chin.
So many different smiles.
Falling over or just on tilt?
Look for the teeth!
Got the magnifying glass?
Getting a disguise together.
A little droolin' is fun.
The yawn smile is a newer version.

It was a great month for me!!!
Dad's getting a little stressed about his deadline so he can't let me use the
computer so much : (
That means the next update won't be until just before Easter.
The first time I've gotten caught... probably won't be the last.
Gramma makes me the coolest clothes for going out...
... So naturally I get really excited about it.
I love this thing so much I could snort my way around the whole place, so I do.
It's easy to attack a japanese pear...
... But, it's not quite as easy to chew one up with only six teeth.
Dad sings the Lone Ranger Theme to me when I ride.
I really get into it and try stunts like no-hands stuff.
Mom really got this shot right! Come and get me, girls!
On the night of the big ball I had to get my rest first... it would be a loooong night.
Grampa came all dressed up in Dad's tux.... (Is this really a 'grandpa'????)
I was the only baby there and went around waving at everyone.
Aren't we a sharp lookin' group?
I guess my everyday things are getting more fun to watch, like drinkin'...
... and takin' stuff from Mom...
.... and sittin' all by myself.
Still, eating is an adventure. I can start out so clean and neat...
.... and a couple minutes later..... !
Photos from Standard Video (all about 70K) - New Year's Eve
and January 2000 (The file names have the exact dates in them.)
Balancing needs concentration.
Mom, you come down from there or you'll fall and hurt yourself.
I'm such a good boy.
Dad, it's embarassing when you show off my naked feet.
Come play!
My feet are soooo ticklish.
Rockin' with Gramma.
Okay, I'll conduct. You sing!
Sort of holding my own.
Or, should I just do this?
I can't crawl yet, but I still want out.
With all the attention, it's easy to have fun.
Trying to flap my arms hard enough to get off the ground.
I have so much fun with Mom.
Mom's telling my our next move.
Someone at least throw me a toy!
I can grin now.
The smile's still there, though.
My intense look.
The first stages of sitting alone.
While the adults danced the New Year in, I did too.
I also got a little exercise to be in shape for the year ahead.
I rested a little.
And, of course, I waved goodbye to a very big year for me, my birthyear, good ol' 99.
Photos from Standard Video (all about 70K) - CHRISTMAS!!!!!

A couple of shots of me and the folks wishing everyone,...
...especially my recouperating Grandpa, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The tree it took me hours to decorate (in my capacity as Decorations Chief).
I wouldn't rest until they let me sit up to look around.......zzzzzz
Photos from Standard Video (all about 70K) - December 8th-13th, '99 (the actual dates are in the link file names if you're interested) - Dad can't doctor the photos on his computer, but you can brighten them with software since the data is all there. For just viewing turning up the brightness works fine.
Aunt Sabrina is thinking about twins already?
I pretended I was listening to the adults...
... but it was that cute dark-eyed Zara that really caught my eye.
Dad liked it so much when I told him a bedtime story...
... I had to tell it to Mom too.
I just like hearing my new teeth clink on the cup.
Gram's got a nack for bringin out faces.
I've just got to communicate with her.
It makes her day! Aren't I so thoughtful?
Here's comin' atcha. I'm six months old now!!!!
Dad got it into his head I'm ticklish...
...so since he has fun doing this I play along.
