The New Meaner GT-R Mustang
As if this new generation was not enough, Ford sharpens the new Mustang and redefines its name. Ford's chief designer states it is a look at what is to come in the models down the road. If you thought the 2005 Mustang could not be modified you were wrong. The 2005 was modeled after the 1970 Mustang Boss 302, which was a very unique car. Now if you feel that a 300 horsepower Mustang GT is not enough, then you can order the 5.0-liter "cammer", which is the GT-R's 440 horse power engine, for just under $15,000. From April 15th to 18th was a promised party (at the Nashville Speedway)for the Mustang, with an appearance from Carroll Shelby. He is responsible for the fam- ous Shelby Cobra, the Shelby Mustang GT-500, and Edsel Ford II, of the 1960s. However, the GT-R was not at the party. So don't be disappointed with this extravagant change, because the Mustang is back and ready for action. --Dan VS--
