Their law is simple, do what you will as long as it brings no harm to another, and whilst in many other places, such a law might be subject to debate, here it is reecived well.
This is by no means to say Sei is perfect, on the contrary its markets are full of shirty dealers, and its army occasionally to uick to resort to force. However the majority of the people here follow the saying, "That's life," accepting that occasionally bad things do happen and believing they can only do their best to avoid them.
In Sei, there is no official ruler, rather the leader of their quite modest army is usually the one to make any important decisions, however they also take their position seriously enough that it cannot always be said their decisions are ruled by their role in the army. Generally, they do not influence much of life in Sei, and foreigners to the place often wonder how it survives without falling into chaos.
